据了解，自2005年12月《直销管理条例》正式施行以来，政府监管部门通过不断完善相关法律法规，加强市场监管，推动行业自律，严厉查处各种直销违法违规行为，较好地促进了直销行业的发展。但是，随着直销企业逐年扩大市场规模，直销市场也出现了一些新情况，新问题，新变化。现行直销管理法律法规不够完善的问题日益突出，直销监管工作遇到新的挑战。针对当前直销行业发展和直销监管实践中反映出的直销法律法规相对滞后，与行业发展实际不相适应等问题，2014年3月，国家工商总局直销监管局启动了直销行业规范发展法律法规课题研究项目，邀请了4个省级工商机关、5家高等院校、学术机构及16家直销企业、2家新闻单位，撰写课题研究报告，参与课题研究活动。该项课题研究项目历时6个月，各参与单位提交的课题研究报告，总计30余万字，课题研究项目得到具体落实。在直销行业法律法规问题研究座谈会上，各课题参与单位对课题研究项目取得的一定成果，给予了积极评价，并对现行直销管理法律法规存在的问题以及今后如何修订完善，提出了很好的意见和建议。▲
