Regulations on Administration of Direct sales and Regulations on Prohibition of Chuanxiao have been put into effect for nearly 9 years.In general,under the leadership of party and government,our country’s direct selling industry standard work has made great achievements. However,if seeing this work on two aspects,the direct selling standard work still exists big problem,several direct selling enterprises proceeded false,exaggerating,misunderstanding or ambiguous publicity in the effect of products or the previous income of direct sellers during selling and training,some direct selling enterprises charged initial fees or forced others to purchase materials or products during the process of recruiting direct sellers,some direct selling enterprises’ distributors recruited and trained direct sellers without authorization,a few of enterprises even existed a phenomenon of buckpassing, wrangle, inactivity and untimeliness when they dealt with the complaints from consumers.Now,government’s supervision to direct selling standard has been developed to a deepening stage, direct selling enterprise must coordinate with government’s supervision work,take the direct selling standard work as the”homework”,do it seriously and present a satisfied “answer sheet”.

Firstly,grasp knowledge from a high point.To standardize the work of direct selling is not a small thing which has a very important meaning.I think,the important meaning of standardizing direct selling is not only in direct selling industry itself,but also has great significance to the nation’s entire economic development or even to the deepening of whole reform and opening-up.The scale of Direct selling industry is not big,but the influence of direct selling mode to the development of economy and society cannot even be expected by government.Now,many industries organize the marketing by using the mechanism of direct selling which is not allowed by country,because it may be suspected of being involved in pyramid schemes.If direct selling industry is not regulated, then other industries will make it an example,which will not only greatly affect the healthy development of direct selling industry,but also produce huge resistance to the country’s economic and social development,even bring in troubles for social management.However,some direct selling industries haven’t sensed it fully,so violations emerged in endlessly,some even be suspected of being involved in pyramid schemes.Therefore,currently we should pay attention on the standard work of direct selling, begin with the grasping knowledge from a high point,unify the cognition of standardizing direct selling to a height of promoting national reform and opening-up course,promoting the healthy development of national economy and society,promoting the innovation of social management,promoting the implementation of scientific outlook on development.Only through this,direct selling enterprise standardize direct selling work can be full of consciousness,initiative and creativity.

Secondly, grasp key point and put effect in an effective way. After unify ideological understanding at a height, direct selling enterprises should put effects in an effective way and carry out the work of standardizing direct selling focusing on the key point. At present, the main points of standardizing direct selling work are following: first, if has violation on pay; second, if has violation in business area; Third, If has violation in recruiting direct sellers; Fourth, if has violation in direct selling training; Fifth, if has violation when cooperating with traditional enterprises. For all these key points, direct selling enterprises must seriously contrast with the provisions of Regulations on Administration of Direct sales and Regulations on Prohibition of Chuanxiao and do self-examination and self-correction. Once found the violations during self-examination and self-correction, direct selling enterprises should report to local Administration for Industry and Commerce voluntarily and put forward rectification measures. Specifically, it is to achieve “three firmly “: The problems should be held firmly, measures should be implemented firmly, effect should be taken firmly. The so-called “the problems should be held firmly” means that direct selling enterprises should treat the violation problems in a practical and realistic way, to solve what needs to be solved; The so-called “measures should be implemented firmly” means that direct selling enterprises should have specific corrective actions to its violation problems; The so-called “effect should be taken firmly” means direct selling enterprises should have obvious effect in the standardizing direct selling and be approved by government and social public.
