【直报网12月24日讯】（南昌晚报） 12月23日，从江西省卫生计生委获悉，为规范医疗卫生机构和医药生产经营企业采购、供应药品、医用设备、医用耗材等行为，制止非法交易活动，打击商业贿赂行为，该委同省药品集中采购有关部门共同制定了《江西省医药购销领域不良记录管理规定》（简称《规定》），加强医药领域不良记录管理，“不良记录”信息实行动态管理，在省卫生计生委网站公布期限为2年。

《规定》要求，医疗卫生机构应当及时向卫生计生行政部门报送因向本单位工作人员实施商业贿赂而被依法追究刑事、行政责任的医药生产经营企业及其代理人名单；各级卫生计生行政部门应逐级上报所辖区域内医药购销领域不良记录行为的发生情况及查处结果，省卫生计生委药政处协调有关部门负责对报送的医药购销领域不良记录材料进行汇总，核实并提交省药品招标采购联席会议。
