青岛市工商局相关负责人介绍，截至目前，全国登记注册的直销企业有49家，青岛市共有12家直销企业，其中9家直销企业经批准在青岛市设立了青岛分公司3家直销企业在济南设立了山东分公司。其他未在青岛市取得直销业务许可的37家直销企业，其中有5家企业在青岛市设立了从事一般贸易性质的分公司，其他企业则以个体经销商加盟的形式从事店铺经营，经营区域涉及青岛市六区四市，共设立服务网点80余处，在册直销员共计20000余人。
