Tao Hongzhen also pointed out that, in our province, the direct selling industry in steady development at the same time, objectively also exist some problems. For example, without direct, exaggerated false propagandafor repeated violations, from unauthorized area to carry out direct selling activities, legal "edge ball" still exists. These are the key problems influencing and restricting the long-term development of the direct selling industry, need all direct selling enterprises be faced, and rectification.

Tao Hongzhen stressed that in 2015 of direct selling enterprises should continue to standardize business practices, especially to strengthen the marketing personnel management. He asked all direct selling enterprises standardize direct recruitment behavior, forbidden to pay fees or purchase goods as a condition for the recruitment of marketing personnel; to further standardize the management of salespeople,salespeople are suspected to pull the head, charge entrance fees and other illegal acts to guard against; totake strong measures, and effectively prevent illegal meetings, salespeople private net, exaggerated publicity, false advertising and other illegal problems; strict implementation of salespeople paymentcompensation related provisions, it is strictly prohibited to team. *
