【直报网3月11日讯】（现代快报）2012年在淮安审理的“香港宝马俱乐部有限公司”（以下简称“宝马俱乐部”）非法网络传销案，曾轰动一时。“宝马俱乐部”被认定为传销组织后，很多会员眼看血汗钱打了水漂，又将目光放到“香港大道影视传媒有限公司”（以下简称“大道影视”）和“中华邓世蕾爱心协会基金”（以下简称“爱心协会”）上，可谁知，这两个组织都跟“宝马俱乐部”相关。昨天，淮安市清浦区人民法院公开审理此案，法院未当庭宣判。

被告人冯某，曾是无锡市的一名民警，2012年进入长病假状态。冯某供述，在2011年时，他曾因投资背负80万元左右债务。2012年，冯某加入“宝马俱乐部”，前后投入21万元。在后来成立的“大道影视”里，因为自己是民警，他被邀请担任代言人，身着警服参加各类活动，还在“大道影视”的正义公安部担任负责人，也是“爱心协会”的副会长。据悉，冯某加入两组织后，银行卡上收到了20万元，还获得一辆标致508轿车。
