Hello, everyone.

In 2003, I was in charge of all kinds of professional certification in the Social Department of Peking University, so I intersected with the direct selling industry. Later, I have been committed to the landing of the real stores in the industry. In this process, we will encounter some problems, one is the operation and landing of the entity store, one is the connection between the entity store and traditional direct marketing channels, e-commerce channels, one is the landing of the development project, entity project design, system bonus design, and so on. For reasons of time, here I put forward the core point.

First, after the Quanjian Incident, the direct selling industry may really open stores, but we can not open real stores. The so-called real stores are traditional health preservation halls on the street.

Secondly, the store must be a combination of form and spirit, otherwise it will surely die. The so-called "God" is the God of the system and the soul. I call it "Three Talents of Heaven, Earth and Man". Heaven is the Skynet, Cloud Top, and Earth is the mode of physical store. Man is knowledge marketing. Only when the combination of God and form, can the store truly multiply. Otherwise, it is a burden and it is a cost.

Thirdly, the product model in the future is definitely different from that in the past. What we want in the past is a downgraded version of the store. Our products must cure all kinds of illnesses. In the future, the upgraded version of Shangchao is to enter millions of households and people's healthy lifestyle. Otherwise, there will be resistance in our new retail business. This is the product system. Views. From the point of view of education and training, if a real store wants to land, the passionate marketing of the past Shanhu Long-lived Cultural Revolution can't be done. It's not training, it's conference marketing, in other words, primary schools without fences. Future education and training must have an upgrade, from primary schools without fences to secondary schools, to universities, it's really a meeting. The soul of negotiation marketing stays behind and removes impetuous things. I call it "knowledge marketing".

As far as the whole system model is concerned, no matter what kind of system or marketing model it is, in the final analysis, it is necessary to make the goods better and cheaper, so that the people can afford the products with good quality and cheaper price. In the past, the system was in the first place, which led to whether the products were good or bad, or even dispensable. It was bad money that drove out good money, but that era is gone forever. I hope you don't have too many fantasies about the future system. If we want to return to the original, steadfastly return to the origin, we must be the king of products, the king of product quality, the king of health, and the consumer-oriented. It may be more pragmatic for us to study how the traditional system meets the direct selling sector.

In a word, in the past, we emphasized rational law, and now we must put it at the forefront, called legal reason; in the past, we sold products to cure all diseases, but now we sell not products, it must be a healthy way of life; in the past, the sales model is a fresh way to eat all over the world, and in the future, it must be an interactive mode of three talents. It is the interactive mode of Skynet, Ground Net and People's Net. What we said in the past is to make a fortune overnight and become a team quickly. In the future, we must make a real business system, so that we can simply copy the following business system. Sharing in the past may be deliberate, and sharing in the future must be based on natural emotional sharing. In a word, I think last year's "Quanjian Incident" is comparable to the historical turning points of April 21, 1998 and December 21, 2005.
