Therefore, for such two regulations, repairs are abolished, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration of Markets should re-examine, and have a clear attitude towards the State Council!
 
Third, direct selling companies do not want everyone to be at risk. The 14th Congress will jointly rectify the chaos in the health care market for 100 days, demonstrating the determination of the central government to maintain market order and protect consumer rights. The direct selling industry has been in China for 28 years, indicating that it is alive. Direct selling is a kind of sales format. Both industrial and agricultural products must be sold out. Under the framework of the socialist market economy, multiple market sales models are allowed. Therefore, it is faced with a thousand-day rectification of 100-day rectification, direct selling companies and employees. Don't worry, don't need everyone to be at risk. However, the direct selling industry has coexisted in the past. I think that no matter how the government rectifies, as long as it does not violate the law, it can be bold. Because the big waves wash the sand, gold will stay and it will shine.
 
Fourth, the key to the direct selling industry is to practice internal strength. The most worrying thing in the direct selling industry is fraud. For example, some direct selling companies regard donations and sponsorships as face-to-face projects. They are high-profile, dynamic, and self-sufficient in social responsibility. In fact, this is the way to play the "eye-blocking method" in front of the government and consumers. Kind of disguise. I think the most important thing for direct selling companies is to train their internal strengths, be honest and trustworthy, improve their performance, and pay taxes according to the regulations. Do a good job of these "books" and do as many public welfare as possible.

However, some well-known direct selling companies operating in Hunan do not join the meeting, and some of them do not fulfill their obligations. They even think that they can be “flattened” in front of the regulatory authorities. These companies dare to "play a gun" in front of the associations in this industry. It is not difficult to guess.
