【直报网3月19日讯】（山西晚报(太原) ）3月18日，山西省食药监局发布2015年第一号监管公告称，因肆意夸大、断言产品功效，利用专家、患者名义和形象为产品功效作证明，宣称对一种或多种疾病有康复作用等违规宣传，从即日起，科晶牌天然胡萝卜素维E软胶囊等10种保健食品在我省全面禁售。

日前，山西省食药监局在监督检查和广告监测中，发现一些经销商在媒体发布未经审批的保健食品广告，肆意夸大、断言产品功效，利用专家、患者名义和形象为产品功效作证明，或宣称对一种或多种疾病有康复作用等，通过以上违法违规行为严重欺骗和误导消费者。依据国家和山西省相关规定，决定对严重违规宣传的10种保健食品,采取强制下架、全省禁售的行政措施，从公告之日起实施。
