[Direct Report Network BeijingDecember 21st] (Anhuii)On December 13, the Fourth Sixth Expanded Board Meeting of Jiangsu Edible Fungi Association and the Seminar on Enriching the People of the Edible Fungi Industry of Jiangsu Province were held in Guanyun County, Jiangsu Province.

More than 100 members of Jiangsu Agricultural Department, scientific and technological personnel of edible and medicinal fungi and enterprise representatives attended the meeting. Zeng Xiaoping, Secretary-General of Jiangsu Edible Fungi Association, made a report on the work of the Association in 2018. She summarized that Jiangsu Edible Mushroom Association had made new achievements in giving full play to the pioneer guiding role of edible mushroom industry in agricultural modernization and industry enrichment, organizing and carrying out industry activities, enhancing service capacity, and achieving new results in industrial development. In 2019, the work of the association will focus on the 10th International Congress of Medicinal Fungi.

Chen Hui, President of Jiangsu Edible Fungi Association and Chairman of Anhui Company, made a special report on "Prospects of Edible and Medicinal Fungi Industry in Jiangsu Province and Development and Future of International Medicinal Fungi Congress" in view of the latest situation of the current edible and medicinal fungi industry. In the process of supply side reform of edible mushroom industry in our province, the report discusses how edible mushroom enterprises can make use of capital, national policies and brand building to strengthen and expand enterprises. Chairman Chen Hui also introduced the 10th International Conference on Medicinal Fungi to be held in 2019, and welcomed members to participate actively in the conference to keep abreast of the latest developments of domestic and foreign edible and medicinal fungi industry and further enhance the industrialization level of edible fungi in the province.
