The project leader, Professor Cai Muyi of China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. comprehensively introduced the mid-term progress and phased results of the project, and described the direction and relationship of each topic. The five project undertakers represented Zhou Yuhong, a researcher at the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center, and Huang Jian, a researcher at the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the researcher of the Institute of Sports Medicine of the State Sports General Administration, Yi Muqing, and Professor Lu Jun of China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. Professor Hou Juncai from Northeast Agricultural University gave a detailed report on the basic situation, organization and management, task execution plan, progress, economic and social ecological benefits, and financial implementation.
After listening to the report, the mid-term inspection experts of the project commented on the five topics from a macroscopic and microscopic perspective. They believed that the project leader played an important role in the organization and coordination of the project, and gave the results of the project to the mid-term. sure. At the same time, the expert group pointed out that in the later stage of the project, we should do a good job of consolidating major breakthrough results and form a highlight of the project work. Professor Cai Muyi, the project leader, pointed out that the project has a wide range of topics, how to establish relevance among all topics, how to set acceptance criteria, and how to implement all the topics one by one is the next question that 25 member units need to communicate with each other.
Finally, Deputy Director Dai Bingye of China Rural Technology Development Center made a concluding speech. He first affirmed the organization and management of the project, pointing out that according to the situation of the report, combined with the opinions and acceptance criteria of the experts, the project team needs to implement the medium-term implementation.
