Direct marketing has a history of 60 years in the world, and it has been 30 years since China entered China. Why does this industry not yet enter the mainstream society? I know that this industry has achieved a lot of people, including business owners and professional managers. However, anyone who is engaged in this industry, who enters any high-end circle, will receive a lot of different views if he says that he is doing direct sales. Why, in my opinion, 60 years or 30 years, direct sales The development has made the company, the system, the achievement of the market, the brand, but has not achieved the works. This has led to China's "direct refugees" and "fleaing" everywhere. And what does this relate to? I think it relates to the top-level design, that is, the leader’s thinking.
 
I have been thinking about what is missing in the direct sales sector. Actually, what is lacking in direct sales is the leader. So, I often say that if you choose a company or choose a system to select a team, you need to look at the ideological realm of the chief. When the chief executive manages the company, I feel that it is necessary to separate the dealership from the company and that the leaders of the distributors must also have a high level of thinking.
 
I think that dealers have four levels of thought. The first is purely profit-seeking; the second is to take others to complete their own projects and get what they want; the third is to take others to where they want to go, earn the money they want to earn; fourth The species is the highest ideological state and takes others to places where they may not want to go, but this place is what they have to go for in this life.
 
Thoughtful leadership can bring good teams. Any leader who wants to continue to grow the team system must have three conditions:
 
■ First, focus on quality and quality. We often see a lot of big teams and systems. One day we docked a big company. Suddenly the entire team ran. I think this is the result of the team's lack of quality and quality. If a system or team is really formed with quality, it can't be taken by anyone.
 
■ Second, we must save money for the future. The bigger the system is, the more labor-saving, and the system's early establishment is mostly lost money. During this period, it will inevitably suffer losses, but there will always be returns. This requires continuous learning and accumulation of experience. Diamond International has been learning from morning to night for six years. We have now formed a team of tens of thousands of people.
 
■ Finally, be responsible for the future. A company or system, in fact, does not represent anything for three or five years, because ten years in eight years represent a phenomenon, 20 years of decisive victory, and 50 years represent truth. And a system or organization with values ​​is never lost.
 
 
In addition, I would like to share that how to establish a team with values ​​to move the system to the future and never get lost. I think there are four criteria: First, when formulating the future goals of the system team, we must never doubt and implement it resolutely. Second, at the beginning of the venture, each leader must ideologically reduce the demand for material enjoyment. At the initial stage of starting a business, he would complain about hardship. This may not work. Third, he must recognize inefficient results and often even uselessly. For example, I started to use the original method to form a team from 2012. I only brought out a team of more than 400 people in two years. In the third year, my team exceeded 1,500 people. In the fourth year, it exceeded 5,000 people. 10,000 people. Fourth, persist in the end, never give up, the team will finally get the due harvest.
 
The formation of the team and the cultivation of team values ​​are also mainly due to the ideological height of the chief. With a big-minded leader, his realm and ability can harness talent. Therefore, we must call for more thought leaders to come out and bring a real future to this industry.
