At the same time, we should support academic and training institutions in carrying out research on family businesses, provide tailored training plans for their inheritance and entrepreneurship, consolidate the micro-foundation of our economic development, and promote the development of new industries so as to provide the industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality development in the new era Driving force.

Although many companies are aware of the importance of social responsibility and disclose CSR information to the public through various channels, the public's lack of awareness of corporate social responsibility is not enough attention. In the daily consumption of the public, the lack of social responsibility from the perspective of the selection of businesses, ignoring the disclosure of information and related corporate responsibility to perform.
 
Third, there is not enough awareness and motivation for enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities. To promote social progress is not only the responsibility of the government and citizens, but also the responsibility of enterprises. With the globalization of the world economy, the awareness of Chinese enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities is on the rise. More and more enterprises take the initiative to shoulder their social responsibilities and take the initiative to issue social responsibility reports. Third, to formulate and standardize corporate social responsibility, establish recognition mechanism and formulate encouragement policies.
