From raw materials to production, even when it reaches the final pass of finished product release, if it is not qualified through testing, it cannot be released for shipment.

It is the perfect testing center, which is located in South China base and Yangzhou base respectively. It has been recognized by CNAs, a national authority, and plays an important role in ensuring the product quality of the base.

One

National Accreditation laboratory to help improve product quality

As early as April 2008, perfect testing center has been recognized by China National Accreditation Service for conformity assessment (CNAs).

After years of technical precipitation and accumulation, the testing center has continuously improved the number of CNAs approved testing items. The number of CNAs approved items in South China base has reached 503, and the number of CNAs approved items in Yangzhou base has reached 497, so as to ensure that the testing technical capacity meets the needs of the company and the continuous development of products.

Testing technology capability covers six categories

At present, perfect testing center has 6 categories of testing technology capabilities recognized by CNAs:

CNAs approved test items cover safety, efficacy, identification, nutritional composition, environmental health, packaging material safety and other quality indicators.

The two places play the role of resource integration and complementary advantages, basically covering raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and other testing projects, to ensure product quality.

Pass the ability verification of international authority

As a CNAs accredited laboratory, participating in the capacity verification plan organized by the laboratory accreditation agency is an objective means to evaluate and prove the reliability of data issued by the laboratory.

Zhongshan testing center has actively participated in the capability verification plan of various domestic and foreign authoritative organizations for many years, and passed the "corn porridge powder sample" organized by IFM in Australia in 2018 The international capacity verification of seven items including the detection of pathogenic bacteria of Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli O157, and the detection of heavy metals of "lead", "cadmium", "total arsenic" and "total mercury" in "rice flour samples" organized by FAPAS in the United Kingdom.

Yangzhou testing center also passed the international capacity verification of two projects of Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus organized by LGC of the United Kingdom in 2019. This is the recognition and affirmation of the company's laboratory testing technical ability and management level at a higher level.
