【直报网5月22日讯】（杭州网）5月21日，在2015居家养老产业高峰论坛暨养安享养老产业项目新闻发布会上，浙江老龄科学研究院发布了《浙江省老龄产业舆情报告（2015年第一季度）》（以下简称报告），这也是浙江省老龄产业的首份舆情报告。今后，他们也将每季度发布一次报告供业界参考。

报告中提出，国家针对老龄产业的利好政策不断，但行业发展仍处于低端水平。表现在舆情上便是负面报道成为这个行业的“标签”。据统计，第一季度，浙江省媒体相关保健品报道累计99篇，其中，投诉案件、诈骗等新闻报道70篇，广告18篇，其他话题11篇。除去广告，负面报道占全部报道的86%。

由于老龄产业行业规范以及标准制定的缺失，行业内部混乱现象丛生，矛盾重重。诸如会议营销、无证经营、夸大宣传、欺诈等案件不绝于耳，诸此事件都将目标对准银发这个巨大的市场。而现阶段媒体主要有两种舆论倾向，一则是对老龄产业的负面舆论监督，一旦发现欺诈行为或违法活动，媒体首先进行报道宣传，曝光内幕。

这两种舆论报道倾向，虽有利于目标人群获得有效信息，但丑闻的不断产生，使老龄产业进一步污名化，保健品依然成为老年产业的行业痛点。新浪微博搜索平台数据显示，第一季度保健品诈骗相关词条142条，其中浙江地区11条，占比7.7%。会议营销214条，其中浙江17条，占比7.9%。两者比例居高不下，由此可以看出浙江已成为保健品诈骗的重灾区。

对此，浙江老龄科学研究院在报告中也提出了相关建议：相关老龄产业的机构、企业也应与政府、媒体进行合理的对接，有效地缓解政府与消费者对企业信任度存疑的问题。同时，企业的诸多活动在这两股力量的帮扶下，亦可以成为公益项目以及利民工程，将助力老龄产业获得良性的高速发展。▲
