The guiding opinions include four parts: General requirements, compaction of legal responsibilities of relevant subjects, strict regulation of online live marketing behavior, and investigation and punishment of illegal online broadcast marketing activities in accordance with the law.
According to the guiding opinions, it is required to investigate and deal with illegal behaviors such as infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, infringing on intellectual property rights, and destroying market order in the marketing activities of network live broadcasting, so as to promote the healthy development of live network marketing, and create a fair and orderly competitive environment and a safe and secure consumption environment.
